SGH Tech (boAt Store Kochi) is the Authorised Franchisee Store for boAt lifestyle products in Kerala. The warranty Policy is applicable only for the customers who have purchased boAt products either by visiting our store or by purchasing online at www.boatstorekochi.com only.

The customer can visit our store boAT (SGH Tech), 1st Floor, Penta Menaka, Marine Drive, Kochi-682031 with a valid proof of purchase from our store and get it replaced.

SGH Tech reserves the right to make final decisions for all warranty claims and replacement or same color preference. The company may replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product preferably with same color depending upon stock availability.

boAt Warranty Guidelines:
- The warranty is only applicable to the first purchaser of the boAt products and is non- transferable.
- The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the product category and is at the sole discretion of SGH Tech.
- Warranty services of boAt can only be availed by presenting a valid proof of purchase by the customers.
- boAt warranty applies only for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions as mentioned in the manual and the purpose for which the product was designed.
- boAt warranty coverage shall only be limited to provide repairs and solutions of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
- SGH Tech shall not cover any claim or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and/or commercial loss, compensation for mental agony, anxiety, etc.
- SGH Tech will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest to its customers, in cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
boAt Warranty is not applicable for the following instances:
- If the boAt product is not used/handled as per the manual comes with the product at the time of purchase.
- If the boAt products presented for warranty support are more than the warranty timespan mentioned above from the date of purchase mentioned in the proof of purchase. For certain product categories, support services shall be provided on chargeable basis as out-of-warranty cases
- If there are any damage to the product due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, liquid spillage of any kind on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use and defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
- Any issues related look and feel, colour, intentional physical damage, low sound quality due to the accumulation of dust and dirt, deterioration of the aesthetic components due to regular wear & tear and usage.
